Our Beliefs
First and foremost, we believe in God the Father. We believe we are called to be faithful stewards of the land, its resources, and the animals entrusted to our care.
We believe that some animals are raised for food and deserve to be treated with respect and compassion throughout their lives, and humanely harvested for nourishment.
We believe in the old ways of doing things—because faster is not always better. Quality food takes time, patience, and God’s blessing.
We believe the land is a gift from God, and it is our responsibility to care for it wisely. That is why we practice pastured, regenerative farming methods without the use of herbicides or pesticides, while prioritizing the humane treatment of our animals.
We believe local food is healthier, more nutritious, and better tasting. Humanely raised, pasture-fed food simply tastes better and offers a variety that reconnects us to a simpler way of life.
Most importantly, we believe these old ways should not be forgotten—and we are committed to sharing them with as many people as possible.

6 months ago If you’re looking for a local place where you can get meat, chicken, pork and your milk, look no further. Simply amazing! Best meat ever! I truly enjoyed the steaks and the ground beef. The Gouda cheese I bought didn’t last 48 hours. The raw milk was delicious and it settled well. Chris and his wife are wonderful people who care and love what they do. Thank you guys for caring! I've been going here once a week for eggs, chicken hearts and chicken liver. I've also tried their chicken breast and drumsticks. The quality is incredible! I've recently become more interested in buying locally grown food, and have since tried food from several different farms in the area. Oliver Heritage is one of the best. The people at the butcher shop are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their eggs and chicken products. Thank you!
They have the best chicken. They also have other clean meat, eggs, butter, tallow, lard. They have bulk meat options and delivery available. The staff is always real friendly and the store is always clean.
