Our Beliefs  

First and foremost, we believe in God the Father. We believe we are called to be faithful stewards of the land, its resources, and the animals entrusted to our care.

We believe that some animals are raised for food and deserve to be treated with respect and compassion throughout their lives, and humanely harvested for nourishment.

We believe in the old ways of doing things—because faster is not always better. Quality food takes time, patience, and God’s blessing.

We believe the land is a gift from God, and it is our responsibility to care for it wisely. That is why we practice pastured, regenerative farming methods without the use of herbicides or pesticides, while prioritizing the humane treatment of our animals.

We believe local food is healthier, more nutritious, and better tasting. Humanely raised, pasture-fed food simply tastes better and offers a variety that reconnects us to a simpler way of life.

Most importantly, we believe these old ways should not be forgotten—and we are committed to sharing them with as many people as possible.
