PICKUP DETAILS 
To schedule pickup for the CURRENT week, please place your order by Wednesday at 12:00 AM. This allows time for our employees to put your order together for pickup for the current week. 

You will receive a email when your order is ready for pickup.

Most orders are ready within 2–3 days, depending on product availability.

We receive fresh milk deliveries every Tuesday. We highly recommend pre-ordering to ensure availability, especially if you are unable to pick up on Tuesdays.

All milk orders must be placed by Saturday at 10:00 AM to be available for pickup the following week. Milk orders do not carry over from week to week if not picked up.

Please pick up milk orders by Saturday at 10:00 AM. Any unclaimed milk orders after that time will be made available for sale unless prior arrangements have been made.

DELIVERY DETAILS

$150 minimum is required for all delivery orders.

A $15 delivery fee will be added to all deliveries.

No minimum and no fees apply to curbside pickup order.

A 10% driver tip will automatically be added to all delivery orders unless otherwise specified in the order comments with your preferred tip amount.

Our delivery area is all of Hillsborough County, Lakeland, Pasco County, St. Pete, Clearwater and Largo areas including Palm Harbor. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area please feel free to reach out to us at (813)763-9474

Orders must be placed by TUESDAY AT MIDNIGHT and will be ready for pick up or delivered Friday. ST. Pete will be delivered on Thursday and on heavy weeks Friday. Any delays or changes will be communicated to you by email. Orders placed after Wednesday Noon will be delivered or ready for pick up the following Friday unless prior arrangements have been made.

We will make one attempt to deliver your product. If we cannot reach you and cannot deliver the product and you want it refunded there will be a 10% restocking fee.

In an effort to keep your costs down we DO NOT place home deliveries in insulated boxes. We request that you leave out an ice chest for us if you will not be home.

If you need us to provide an insulated container for you we can do so please request it in the messages to us. We will exchange bags with you on your next delivery. There is a one time $10 fee for the bag.
