Join us at Olivor Heritage Farms for a small-group, hands-on class where you’ll learn how to break down half a hog from start to finish.

In this guided, classroom-style experience, you will:

  • Learn how hogs are raised and cared for at Olivor Heritage Farms 

  • Gain hands-on experience with skinning and deboning

  • Learn how to use and cook every part of the hog, minimizing waste

  • Build confidence in traditional, whole-animal food preparation

This class is ideal for home cooks, homesteaders, and anyone interested in learning where their food comes from and how to work with it respectfully and efficiently.

Class size is limited to ensure quality instruction and hands-on learning.
